Products and pricing

Verkkokaupan tuotteiden ominaisuudet ja hinnat on esitetty kunkin tuotteen tuote-esittelyn yhteydessä. Pidätämme oikeuden hintojen ja toimituskulujen muutoksiin, joten tarkastathan ko. hinnat ostoskorista ennen kuin hyväksyt tilauksen. Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät Suomen arvolisäveron 25,5 %, joka ilmenee ostoskorissa ja tilausvahvistuksessa.

Toimituskulut

Tilauksesta mahdollisesti veloitettavat toimituskulut riippuvat itse tuotteesta (esim. paino, pakkaus) ja valitusta toimitustavasta ja ne lisätään automaattisesti tilauksen loppusummaan. Näet tilauksestasi veloitettavat toimituskulut (jos toimituskuluja veloitetaan) ostoskoristasi ennen kuin hyväksyt tilauksen.

Ordering and contract

You can order products on our online store website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order and paying for the contents of your shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to our current terms and conditions of delivery (also translated as general terms). You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us is, except as later mentioned regarding the right of cancellation, binding and creates an agreement between the customer and seller.

You can pay for your order using the payment methods available in the shopping cart / checkout.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when placing your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.

If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Shipping

We will deliver your order using the delivery method you choose when placing your order.

Toimitusaika

The product will be shipped to the customer within 1-5 business days of ordering the product, unless otherwise stated in the product information. Our most common delivery times are 3-14 days, depending on the delivery method. In other words, the total delivery time depends on how quickly the product is shipped and how quickly the shipping company delivers the shipment to the customer.

Right of cancellation and return conditions

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to cancel an order no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods. Poké Hatch offers its customers an extended right of cancellation, which is 21 days from receiving the goods or the last batch of goods.

The cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example to our email address below or in a written notice that you send with the returned goods. Please include the following information in the cancellation/written notice:

  • Order number
  • Your name
  • the date of the order
  • date of receipt
  • return date (the date you send the product back)

The right of cancellation only applies to unopened products. The products must therefore be in original packaging, unused and well packaged for return. For example, we will not accept returns for products that have been opened by the customer, unless there is a clear defect in the product that is the responsibility of the seller.

If the order is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 21 days after the notification of cancellation to our return address below. If necessary, the returnee must provide proof that the goods were returned within the specified time limit, for example with a return receipt. Customer must pay the costs of returning the item. These costs will not be refunded to the customer. The customer is also responsible for the costs caused to seller by uncollected packages. This cost is based on actual expenditure costs.

When returning a delivered order, make sure that the notification states:

  • Order number
  • Your name
  • the date of the order
  • date of receipt
  • return date (the date you send the product back)

Accordingly, we will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Other issues

Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than 21 days, and we will agree on how to correct the error. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.

Limitation of liability

Poké Hatch is not liable for any indirect, direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has provided otherwise with respect to the damage in question.

Disagreements

We strive to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our customer service first to resolve the matter.

If a dispute regarding a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) to be resolved. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the local magistrate's consumer advice service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
