Poké Hatch (business ID: 3515102-8) sells products to private individuals in Europe. These delivery terms apply to ordering products from our online store and to similar deliveries.
These terms and conditions are valid from 9.9.2025 We may unilaterally change our delivery terms from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.
Products and pricing
The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the prices in the checkout before accepting and paying the order. The price changes depending on, for example, the tax of the destination country and the selected delivery method. The basic assumption is that the Finnish VAT is 25.5%. The product prices include VAT.
Graded cards
Graded cards has been added to our selection in July 2025. Please note the following:
- The images of graded cards are always indicative, as we may have more than one of the same card in stock.
- Each graded card has its own serial number. If you need the serial number of an individual card, please contact our customer service.
- The card identification information has been intentionally hidden from the images to prevent misuse.
Pre-order products
The shipping time for pre-order products is always our best estimate of when we will receive the product in our warehouse and are able to ship it to our customer. From time to time, a pre-order product may arrive in our warehouse either later or earlier. We ship all pre-order products to our customers immediately when the products arrive in our own warehouse. If you believe that the delivery of the product is unreasonably delayed (or for any other reason you want to cancel the order before it has been shipped to you by us), you can always cancel your order and we will refund the amount paid for the order to the payment method you used when placing the order.
Examples of reasons for delays:
- Pre-order products are generally products that have just been released in Japan. As a result, the products are in high demand worldwide. This will significantly increase the backlog for our distributors. This is beyond our control. This in turn will cause a potential delay in shipping pre-order products to our customers.
- Japanese and Finnish holidays naturally affect the flow of shipments. For example, if a new product is released on or between holidays (in Japan or Finland), this will cause a delivery delay for us.
Löytönurkka products
Löytönurkka (in finnish) section has been added to our selection on August 22, 2025. In this section you can find random products that are sold by private individual. The products therefore do not have the right to exchange or return (unless the product is damaged upon arrival, for example). Löytönurkka products are located in the same warehouse as other products sold on Poké Hatch. Naturally, löytönurkka products can be packaged in the same shipment as other products you have ordered.
Product inventory balance
Lähtökohtanamme on aina, että varastosaldot pitävät täsmällisesti paikkansa, eikä virheitä varastosaldossa ole. Mikäli varastosaldo on kuitenkin ollut toimestamme virheellinen esimerkiksi inhimillisen näppäilyvirheen vuoksi, eikä tuotetta voida tästä syystä heti lähettää, olemme sinuun välittömästi yhteydessä asian osalta. Tällöin tuote toimitetaan viiveellä.
Shipping costs to Finland
Toimituskulu riippuu valitusta toimitustavasta. Tällä hetkellä toimitusvaihtoehtoja Suomeen on neljä:
- Posti's "Pikkupaketti" (translated as small package) to doorstep or mailbox 6,15 € (includes VAT 25,5 %)
- Posti's "Postipaketti" (translated as Postal package) to picku up point 7,40 € (includes VAT 25,5 %)
- Letter (no tracking) 3,75 € (includes VAT 25,5 %)

From time to time we offer promotions on shipping costs, such as “free shipping” ≥ 99 € purchases”. We reserve the right to change the current offers from time to time. Shipping methods to Finland
Our shipping partner is Posti. We currently have three delivery methods through Posti. These delivery methods are:
- Pikkupaketti (translated as small package), which arrives either to doorstep or in your mailbox, depending on the size of the package. With this delivery method, the shipment is delivered to your mailbox when it is no larger than 35x25x3 cm. The package is delivered to the door if it is larger than 35x25x3 cm. Posti informs the customer about the arrival schedule of the package. We want to offer our customers the most hassle-free shopping experience, which is why we recommend Posti's Small Package, which is delivered to your home.
- Postipaketti (translated as Postal package), which will be delivered to a Posti pick up location of your choice. This option is suitable for you if you want to completely decide when you want to pick up your package when it arrives.
- Normal letter, joka saapuu postilaatikkoosi noin neljässä arkipäivässä. Tämä toimitustapa soveltuu vain pienille tilauksille. Näet tämän toimitustavan yhtenä vaihtoehtona ostoskorissa/kassalla, jos tuotteiden paino ja koko soveltuu kirjetoimitukseen. Kirjeitse toimitettavan lähetyksen tulee olla arvontaan alle 30 €. Käytännön esimerkkeinä soveltuvista lähetyksistä kirjetoimituksiin ovat: 4 kpl ns. normaaleja japanilaisia boostereita tai; 2 kpl japanilaisia ”High Class” boostereita tai; 2 kpl japanilaisia normaaleja boostereita + 1 kpl japanilainen ”High Class” booster . Koska kirjeen maksimipaino voi olla 50 g mahtuu yhteen kirjeeseen vain yllä kuvattu rajattu määrä boostereita.
This is how "Pikkupaketti" (translated as small package) works in practice
Small package to your doorstep is Posti's newer and more affordable home delivery service, which allows you to receive a package at your door or in your mailbox without having to be on duty. The Small Package delivered to your doorstep can be up to 38 x 38 x 28 cm / 4 kg. However, you don't have to think about the size of the package, we at Poké Hatch will think about these things for you.
If the package does not fit in the mailbox and you are not home when the package arrives, the postman will leave the package behind your door. The package will be protected from the rain if necessary.
The package actively notifies you of its arrival. You will receive the first message when the package is about to leave the online store. On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive a notification that the package will arrive during the day. You will also be informed when and where the package has been delivered.
Delivery time is 2–5 business days from dispatch. You can track the arrival of your package in the OmaPosti application.
Please note that Poké Hatch is not responsible for any theft or loss of packages when the package has been left behind a door or in a mailbox.
This is how "Postipaketti" (translated as Postal package) toimii käytännössä
The parcel will arrive at the Posti Pick up point. Posti will send you a notification when the order is ready for collection. You can also track the parcel's progress using the Omaposti application.
This is how normal letter works
The letter will arrive in your mailbox approximately in four business days after dispatch. The letter is suitable for small orders weighing less than 50 g. This method does not have tracking.
Delivery time to Finland
The product will be shipped to the customer within 1-5 business days of ordering the product, unless otherwise stated in the product information (e.g. pre-order products). Once the order has been shipped, the order will arrive on average in 3-8 business days. In other words, the total delivery time depends on how quickly the product is shipped and how quickly the shipping company delivers the shipment to the customer.

A postal parcel to the Baltics is a normal tracked parcel shipment. When placing an order, you can choose a pickup point that suits you.

The order arrive on average 3-8 days after dispatch.
When the shipment does not arrive in time
We constantly monitor our shipping list and the progress of the shipments we send to the customers. We automatically take action on delayed shipments. In other words, we automatically contact Posti if it appears that the shipment will not reach the customer within a reasonable time, according to the tracking information we have.
If for some reason your shipment does not arrive within a reasonable time (and we have not yet contacted you), please contact our customer service for the shipment status information and we will provide you with an up-to-date status of the shipment.
For regular letters (which do not have tracking), we do not see the progress of the shipment. If the letter does not reach the recipient within 14 days of the product being sent from us, the letter will be considered lost by us. Please contact our customer service automatically if the letter does not arrive 14 days after it has been sent. The exception is national holidays (such as Christmas and Easter) the letter is considered lost when 21 days have passed since it was sent. In this regard, we adhere to a longer period, because during the above-mentioned times, Posti's letter shipments are really congested and significant delays in letter deliveries can occur.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on our online store website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order and paying for the contents of your shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to our current terms and conditions of delivery (also translated as general terms). You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us is, except as later mentioned regarding the right of cancellation, binding and creates an agreement between the customer and seller.
Payment methods
Voit maksaa tilauksesi verkkokaupassa Paytrailin, Paypalin tai Paypalin tarjoamien pankkimaksupalveluiden kautta, joita ovat Trustly, Multibanco, Przelewy24, MyBank, iDeal, EPS, Blik ja Bancontact. Maksutapoina valinnasta riippuen pankki-, kortti- ja mobiilimaksut. Paytrail sopii loistavasti suomalaisille asiakkaille, sillä tilausten maksut näkyvät meillä välittömästi. Paypalin ja Paypalin tarjoamien pankkimaksupalveluiden kautta maksettaessa voi joskus esiintyä ajoittain pientä viivettä (maksun käsittelyaika on keskimäärin 0-2 arkipäivää). Tilaus postitetaan toimestamme eteenpäin vasta, kun maksun onnistuminen on varmistettu meille PayPalin toimesta. Paypalin tarjoamat palvelut soveltuvat parhaiten kansainvälisille asiakkaille, mutta myös suomalaiset asiakkaat voivat luonnollisesti käyttää Paypalin tarjoamia maksunvälityspalveluita asioidessaan Poké Hatchin verkkokaupassa.
Order and payment confirmation
Onnistuneen tilauksen jälkeen sähköpostiisi lähetetään tilausvahvistus, joten annathan sähköpostiosoitteesi kun teet tilauksen. Tilausvahvistuksessa vahvistetaan myös käytetty maksutapa ja tilatut tuotteet.
Käytännössä lähetämme seuraavia sähköposteja asiakkaalle:
- Tilauksesi #xxxxx on vastaanotettu -sähköposti: Jos saat tämän sähköpostin olet mitä todennäköisemmin käyttänyt maksutapana PayPalia tai Paypalin tarjoamia pankkimaksupalveluja (kuten Trustly). Maksun näkyminen meillä vie 0-2 arkipäivää. Paytraylilla maksaessa tätä viestiä ei lähetetä, koska maksu näkyy meillä välittömästi.

If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Right of cancellation and return conditions
The consumer has the right to cancel an order under the Consumer Protection Act by notifying us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods. The same cancellation period also applies to other orders within the EU (Directive 2011/83/EU).
The cancellation notice must be made to our customer service using e-mail. If necessary, you will then be advised on how to make a return. Please include at least the following information in the cancellation notice:
- Order number
- Your name and contact information
- the date of the order
- date of receipt
- return date (the date you send the product back, e.g. by post)
In case of returns, the refund will be made to the same payment method that was used when the order was made.
The right of cancellation and return only applies to and, accordingly, returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return. For example, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened by the customer from their original packaging, unless there is a clear defect in the product (and the error is the seller's responsibility). For example, if the booster box or booster packaging has been opened, the product is not eligible for return or cancellation.
If the transaction is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the notification of cancellation to our return address below. If necessary, the returnee must prove that the goods were returned within the specified time limit, for example with a return receipt. Customer must pay the costs of returning the item. These costs will not be refunded to the customer. The customer is also responsible for the costs caused to seller by uncollected packages. This cost is based on actual expenditure costs.

Unclaimed package
If you do not pick up your package from a pick-up point or post office and it is sent back to us, we will charge the actual costs incurred (on average 10-12 €). These include:
- Packaging material
- Shipping costs for the returned package back to our warehouse
- Handling an unclaimed package
These costs will be charged automatically at the same time we issue you a refund. Please note that not picking up the shipment, is not the same as canceling the purchase or invoking the 14-day right of return.
Other issues
Tarkistathan toimituksen heti sen saatuasi. Limitation of liability
Poké Hatch is not liable for any indirect, direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has provided otherwise with respect to the damage in question.
Disagreements
We strive to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our customer service first to resolve the matter.
If a dispute regarding a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) to be resolved. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the local magistrate's consumer advice service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
If the dispute cannot be resolved and you are an international customer (other than Finland), you can contact the European Consumer Centres Network – ECC Net from this link.
Payment terms and payment service provider
Paytrail
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as one of the providers of the payment intermediary service and payment service in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.
