Yes, unless otherwise stated in the product description, the products are new and unopened.

Our online store currently focuses on Japanese products. We are constantly trying to expand our selection. If you cannot find the product you are looking for in our selection, please feel free to contact our customer service at info@pokehatch.fi.

We mainly deliver products by post. However, picking up products from Vantaa is possible by separate arrangement. You can contact our customer service at info@pokehatch.fi or directly by phone if you would prefer to pick up your products in person.

We receive questions about this relatively often. We do not currently purchase products or cards from private individuals. 

You can check the shipping cost in checkout before ordering. Shipping cost is country-specific.

Currently, Posti is our transport partner. We offer Posti's parcel services to Finland and Europe.

Small package to your door is Posti's newer and more affordable home delivery service (ONLY IN FINLAND), which allows you to receive a package at your door or in your mailbox without having to be on duty. The Small Package delivered to your door can be up to 38 x 38 x 28 cm / 4 kg. However, you don't have to think about the size of the shipment, we at Poké Hatch will think about these things for you.

If the package does not fit in the mailbox and you are not home when the package arrives, the postman will leave the package behind your door. The package will be protected from the rain if necessary.  

The package actively notifies you of its arrival. You will receive the first message when the package is about to leave the online store. On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive a notification that the package will arrive during the day. You will also be informed when and where the package has been delivered.   

Delivery time is 2–5 business days from dispatch. You can track the arrival of your package in the OmaPosti application. 

Normal postal package will arrive to that Posti's pick up poin which you choose before paying for the order. Posti will send you a notification when the order is available for pick up. You can pick up your order from the pick up point at a time that suits you. 

This shipping method is intended for European customers. The package will arrive at your door.
